Undergraduate Degree Students

The Declaration of Academic Change Portal provides a mechanism for Students to submit Change of majors, minors, concentrations, education pathways and accelerated graduate pathways via the web.

(Use the button below to Login with your University of Maine System username and password. This is typically in the format firstname.lastname and should not include the "@maine.edu".) If your University of Maine System username is greater than 20 characters in length, please enter your username in both the username and password fields, then click the "Sign in" button. Instructions on how to create a password will then be emailed to your University email address. If you have any questions, please notify us by clicking the menu button on the top right corner of the page and selecting the Get Help option.
